About me:

As a full time engineer, part time firefighter, husband, and father of three, I’ve lived the chaos of juggling countless responsibilities while trying to stay true to what matters most. I’ve felt the weight of being overwhelmed, the sting of inadequacy, and the frustration of spinning my wheels without progress. Through faith, self-reflection, and a drive to create change, I developed a framework rooted in the Incident Command System—one that’s saved lives in emergencies and now helps people reclaim their own lives. Today, I’m passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges with clarity, structure, and confidence, empowering them to show up as their best selves every single day.

I am an engineer, firefighter, fitness advocate, triathlon enthusiast, and devoted family man who thrives on helping others navigate life's challenges with balance, structure and purpose.
